Q: How do you clean Big Ricky’s?

A: Big Ricky’s are machine wash and dry friendly, it is always best to wash your Ricky alone to ensure your cloths do not get soiled.

Q: Is Big Ricky’s good for any kind of oil?

A: Big Ricky’s are made for synthetics. They will pick up most motor oils, break fluids, transmission fluids etc.  
 

Q: What about my electronic devices?

A: Big Ricky’s will clean your screens nicely, and you won’t have the annoying sticky cloth feeling you get with a traditional microfiber cloth.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Big Ricky’s comes with a lifetime guarantee. Go head, go nuts.

Q: Can I customize my Big Ricky’s?

A: Big Ricky’s comes in one color. But we can customize your corporate logo on a Ricky, or put your own name or a friend’s shop name by adding notes in the order form to customize the cloth.

Q: Are there different Ricky’s for cleaning vs. waxing?

A: Big Ricky’s are sold in three-packs, so you could dedicate one for just waxing while the others are used for cleaning (or vice versa).
